Apple Watch helped save wearer’s life from fatal heart attack
Wearable gadgets have proven time and time again that they are way more than a simple accessory. At least that’s what 62-year-old Dennis Anselmo from Morinville in Alberta, Canada would say after he was saved from a fatal heart attack thanks to his Apple Watch.
According to The Sun, Dennis suffered a heart attack at work, but thought he was ‘feeling terrible’ because he was coming down with a cold, and just needed some rest. That’s when he looked down at his smart watch and noticed his heart rate was more than 210 beats a minute – way more than his usual 50 bpm.
