New technology from Chinese University shows how to drive a car with your brain
It’s funny how the newest thing in technology can become obsolete so fast. Today’s most innovative idea can become tomorrow’s old news in a flash. And even though autonomous cars have not even been released to the public, they are already becoming a thing of the past thanks to a team of researchers at Nankai University, located in Tianjin. The team has conquered some serious feat in engineering, creating a computer program that can read electroencephalogram (EEG) signals from the brain and translate it into a command that a computer carries out.
The assignment was originally created for disabled people who are unable to use limbs to drive a car.
